Teppanyaki Master Arthur Li Joins Ta-ke, Adding More Star Power to the Already Glittering Chefs Lineup

Ta-ke is proud to welcome the latest arrival of Teppanyaki Master Arthur Li, offering guests a brand-new sizzling culinary experience within the bamboo grove.

Chef Li created several new teppanyaki dishes to mark his arrival, including the A5 Wagyu ($680/100g) prepared by using the highest-graded Hida beef sirloin and grilled to medium, complemented with a secret onion sauce, seasonal vegetable and teppan-grilled garlic chips for a multidimensional flavor enjoyment. Other creative dishes include the South African Abalone Baked in Salt and Kombu ($280) and Seasonal Grilled Bay Lobster ($380).
